Front desk.. the young lady already know of our arrival as soon as I arrival. The beds were so comfortable. we had a great night rest. Breakfast was good as well. everything was full and clean tables. 10+
Excellent staff and breakfast. Chris at the front desk was amazing.
Chris was amazing and excellent. Very smart young man. We are "not young" anymore and when the much younger group checked in before us, Chris was astute enough to place us on the other side of the hotel away from the teens and the church groups in the rented room. Pool, breakfast, people. Perfect stay, close to downtown, but far enough away for there to be quiet :) Resturaunts and walmart within walking distance as well as gas station and medical facility.
Clean, easy to register. Room was large. Bathroom was great.
The breakfast was great love the fact of the indoor pool and jacuzzi and house keeping was very nice
Front staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, the housekeeper that was in charge of the 3rd floor was very helpful.
The handicap rooms are really nice. The beds are always firm. The large walk-in or roll in showers beat the newest hotel in town which uses tubs. The staff is very cordial and there is a nice restaurant nearby and a convenience store in walking distance.
The staff were extremely cordial. The manager who was on duty when we checked in was helpful and even stored cake for in the refrigerator that was going to used the next day which was Thanksgiving. Tkelse the night manager was also very nice to my spouse and myself.

Room was awesome - we had to have an accessible room, and it was perfect! Easy to get in/out of the shower, the height of the bed was great, and there was so much room.
